CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing us. If you wish to return your order, you may return the product and receive a refund for the product price under the following conditions, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement you approved for the relevant Product.
If you made your payment in installments via credit card, the refund policies of the relevant bank for installment sales will apply. In this regard, we have no authority to intervene.
For returns, you must choose the shipping company specified in the relevant distance sales agreement. Otherwise, the Product cannot be assumed to have reached us in any way, except in cases explicitly approved by us.
In case of a return of the Product for any reason, the BUYER is responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and expenses that may arise during the shipment of the Product.
After placing an order, if we have not yet handed over the relevant products to the shipping company, you can cancel your order. In such a case, you should contact us using one of the methods we specify below for withdrawal/refund. Once your cancellation request is approved by us, we will initiate the process for a refund of the amount collected for the Product.
You have the right to return the products within 14 days at the latest from the date you received them or the date they were delivered to a third party at the address you indicated, without stating any reason. In all circumstances, exceptional cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, within the scope of the relevant legislation, are reserved. These situations are detailed in the relevant distance sales agreement.
We will not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, damaged in any way, or whose return period has expired.
When making a withdrawal notification/return; you must share the following information with us completely. Otherwise, you will be deemed not to have made any withdrawal notification.

Date of withdrawal notification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal/to return the Products, you must contact us within the relevant period using one of the following methods. If the Product is sent back directly without using any of these methods, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss of the Product, or any expenses.

You must send your withdrawal notification to our address specified above within 10 days from the date of your notification. The BUYER is solely responsible for all transportation costs, taxes, customs fees, and additional expenses arising from the return of the Product(s). The BUYER is, in all circumstances, obliged to return the Products only with the shipping/cargo company that the SELLER has an agreement with, as specified above, or that can be selected from the Platform if the SELLER allows.
